-Ms. Thorner is delighted to perform as the Soprano Soloist in Benedict Mason's premiere of "Hotel Paradiso" this September with TransArt in Italy, under the baton of Clement Power.
-Ms. Thorner is honored to have" Crazy Jay Blue" and "for any ruffian of the sky" (text by E.E. Cummings) dedicated and written for her by Juliana Hall, to be premiered in 2020/2021.
Ms. Thorner has won second-place in the North International Music Competition against 39 countries.
-Emily Thorner was pleased to premiere "The Stars Emerge" by Alex Woolf at the Britten-Pears Young Artist Programme at Snape Maltings on July 1-11, 2019. She is the first soprano vocalist to be added to the new music course of Britten-Pears in twenty years. She has also been invited back to perform at the Aldeburgh Festival on June 19, 2020.
